We are a friendly, caring, non-smoking, professional Australian couple.

We have worked in university teaching, health care, publishing and early childhood education. We also ran our own B&B in the Mary Valley of Queensland, which we sold in late 2014. We have four children and four grandchildren scattered around the world.

We love animals and have house-sitting experience in Australia and New Zealand. We have taken on interesting assignments in the past. For example, caretaking a wilderness camp in the Kimberley and a cattle station in western Queensland.
