Hi, I seek a clean, well maintained, secure, quiet house sit from 24th Sept to 30th Sept 2017 approx to fit in with my last house sit which finishes near that date. I'm mature age, non smoker/drinker. Very honest, quiet, respectful & reliable person. I have a Police check cert and excellent references .I'm a retired Social Scientist. I've also run large 'high end' property management divisions in my previous career, so I understand pool maintenance, all electrical, plumbing, alarms etc. I have undertaken a couple of house sits, including a doctor/nurse professional couple. I have my own car. I don't have pets with me. I promise to look after your property and pets with care, respect and 'love'. :) I am not the sort of person to 'let you down'. Many thanks.
