Hello,

My name is Daniel Lyne.
I have been searching on 'Mind a Home Australia' for a home to stay in while in the Brisbane area. I am a Business Owner & a Father. I am needing accomodation between June 8 - July 27. I will be holding many business meetings during this time and find it more suitable for my family to come along, as we stay together instead of me having to fly in/fly out. I am looking for somewhere that will allow a large family to come and look after their home.

I have 6 very well behaved children, and my wife schools the children at home, as we travel a lot. My family is very tidy and ordered. We are very capable of doing anything that is required in looking after your home, garden, cleaning, pets etc. We are able to supply all bedding/blow up mattresses on floors etc. and any other things that are needed as we have family close by. We do not want to stay with family for this long time frame because it is simply not practical for our family to stay in routine and get business and schoolwork done while staying with others.

We have had a lot of experience house sitting and will be house sitting for a coupe just two weeks prior to these dates.
We take great pride in looking after our home and other homes. We like to keep our family in order and routined. This includes keeping our surroundings and ourselves, clean and presentable at all time.
We like to be organised, where we can work and think more clearly without the clutter. My wife loves to clean and keep things spotless. My children also appreciate a clean ordered home.

We would be happy to do any jobs you require. (Those jobs you never quite get around to doing) Just give us a list and we can do them for you. We all also love gardening.

We do not own animals ourselves because we travel too much for business. However our family is very good with animals and has had a lot of experience in looking after them. We take great care.

No one in our family smokes.

Lori is not able to give me a written reference, however she did tell me that she would be happy to give a great reference over the phone if you call her. She is very happy with the state in which we keep and look after our rental property. If you need a written reference I would be happy to ask other people for that.
