We are a married couple John and Joanne 44 and 45 years old and have two children Madalyn 8 and Jack 6. We are kind hearted and community minded family. We own our own home in the SE suburbs of Melbourne but we decided to leave our home to travel Australia in 2020. We travelled for a month before we spent 11 months in Nymboida NSW volunteering with Blazeaid (bushfire recovery charity), were we coordinated the camp. We are now in Broken Hill NSW house sitting for a friend. Our 8 year old loves every animal and being able to look after peoples pets has been a way having her love for animals while we are not in a position to have any at this point. We would regularly look after friends dogs before we left home which we loved doing. We love reading, the outdoors and walking.
