We are a very friendly, non-smoking and sociable couple who are always aspiring to pursue new challenges and activities that will only benefit us in our life experiences. We are both pet lovers, having both grown up in households with dogs and cats to the point where I don’t believe we could live without them. They’re such a pleasure to have around. We are very tidy and self-sufficient people and understand the importance of respect, having both lived in a sharehouse in recent years. I currently work as a certified Chartered Accountant in Brisbane CBD full time and Preston has just recently graduated as an Architect and works at a Construction company specializing in the field of Modular Design.

Although we have not yet had the housesitting experience on a public level such as this yet, we both have had a vast amount of experience in the responsible care needed for such tasks. We have both rented for a couple years now and have been responsible tenants. Preston was head tenant at his sharehouse where he was responsible for all house maintenance and yard duties, as well as taking care of all the bills and rent. We have both been fortunate enough to have had the opportunity to live away from the comfort of our own city on our own at such a young age. Preston having lived abroad in Ireland for a year and myself in Canberra for 6 months. This has given us the tools to overcome adversity at such an early stage in our lives with regards to experiencing and adapting to sudden lifestyles changes. As a result, we look forward to our future housesitting experiences and can’t wait to see what they offer.

Our aspirations as a couple have now moved towards the goal of owning our own home in the not too distant future. We believe that the opportunity to housesit will not only benefit us, but aid in our experience to help us make more informed and conscientious decisions as a couple when that time eventually comes. Whilst this is our main interest in housesitting, it will also allow us to have the best opportunity for us to save for a house too.

We can assure you without question that we would care for your home and pets as though they were our own. We would take the responsibility of being a guest in your home and petsitting very seriously, with the aim to ensure your pets are beyond happy and that your home is carefully looked after, as our number one priority.

We will take the responsibilities and guidelines of your place and everything entailed very seriously. We understand the trust put into situations like this and we will do our utmost to respect and accommodate to your needs so that there is nothing but peace of mind whilst you’re away! Read more...
