We are a professional retired, non smoking couple, early 70s. Fit & healthy.
Having ran our own import distribution business in Australia for 16ys, in 2008 we sold the business and retired.
We have the pleasure of sailing Tradewinds 3, our 53ft Amel sailing ketch, sailing Australia, Vanuatu and New Caledonia, and house sitting in our retirement
We have been house sitting in Australia and New Zealand now for 10 yrs between sailing trips. Boat now sold, waiting for house to be built in Hervey Bay.
Both have gardening and animal experience. And can take care of general maintenance.

We have police clearances & references.
