I am a retired single man presently living in my home in an over 50's community which i have recently put on the market for sale. I am a fastidious clean living man , and like to keep my surroundings in a neat and tidy fashion . You can be assured that your home will be kept in the condition that you left it or better. I live a quiet life and and not a party person generally keeping to myself. I love pets and have had them in the past when my children were growing up.
