More information about this house sitter

I'm working for the Department of Education and I've accepted relocation to Adelaide (from Canberra).

I expect to be in Adelaide for most of 2020.

I will have a car, the usual personal items, towels/sheets. etc. but nothing more.
It's difficult to locate somewhere to live long term (without a houseful of furniture), so minding pets is something I can do.

If required, I'm happy to sign a contract/agreement, pay a bond to cover utilities and nominal weekly rent for extended occupancy periods.
My wife and I own our home, so have no “Landlord” references (as such). Jen will be staying in Canberra with the fur children & chickens.
I have WWVP registration and therefore have had police checks done. My Government role means I also have had a security clearance.

Now that I am in Adelaide (assuming I'm in the mix for being considered), I can arrange to meet anyone - when convenient.
