Hello,
My husband and I are a mature-aged retired couple. We moved to Queensland approximately 2 years ago after spending 10 months in Darwin living with family. Prior to that, we lived in Port Augusta, South Australia, for 7 years.
We are non-smokers, we love animals, and we both enjoy spending time in the garden. My husband is a retired carpenter/builder and is very handy around the home when any maintenance issues pop up.
While in Darwin, we had 2 house-sitting positions both for the same home owners. We cared for their 2 dogs, maintained their in-ground pool and garden, and cared for their home like we would our own. While in Port Augusta, we cared for our friends home for approximately 5 years. During that time, we maintained their home, gardens, and large block, and assisted our friends with several home improvements. References are available.
We have had several house sitting positions since moving to Queensland and we are currently house sitting on the Gold Coast. We will be available from the 10/11/2013. If you feel that we would be suitable for your needs then please contact us. We are looking forward to hearing from you.
