I'm a widower living in my own two bedroom unit on 3rd floor near bay at Wynnum so free to lock the door and go house sit elsewhere.
I am retired and fit, healthy and active as well as flexible in my travel . I have a late model car to drive to any location. Consider myself handy maintaining various house chores, gardening, watering, dog walking, cat caring etc.
Had our own well loved dog "Holly" for 15 years so well used to pets and a non smoker (thats me not the dog) Recently cared for an owners pet cat (and house) in northern NSW for 12 days and acreage property in Sheldon Qld for 10 days, cat and property at Tallebudgera for 4 days.
