Farmhouse on 3 acres close to the ferry to Bruny Island & 30 minutes to Hobart. There is a pub & good coffee shop nearby . We need a couple who like animals - 2 sheep, a dog requiring medication, an elderly cat & 6 chooks! Some mowing will need to be done probably twice. We live in a quiet avenue in George Town , 1 dog a beagle x spaniel Ruby that is 13 years old . She is a bit wary of strangers but within 2 minutes of meeting her she just wants pats and cuddles.
