About this house sitting position in Abbotsford

My fiancé and I have a small 1 bedroom apartment that we have lovingly furnished with our forever pieces so would love someone that can respect that. There won’t be parking available other than street parking so ideally would be someone without a car unless you are happy to park on the road and adhere to the parking limits.

We have a collarium in our lounge, a large balcony and a large flat screen tv. We have all kitchen and laundry utilities you may need and are welcome to use them all.

We have a gorgeous 5 year old cat called Alfie. We need someone to entertain him and feed, clean his litter etc etc so would like someone who is comfortable with that. He has a tendency to hide under blankets so just need to be aware before you sit down of any suspicious lumps ?

We would prefer someone who won’t be partying or playing loud music as this could upset Alfie.

Our apartment is right next to the yarra river with really beautiful walks and close to Collingwood childrens farm.

We also have a kangen water machine on our main kitchen tap which is really really important that doesnt have hot water run through it or it will destroy the filter in the machine so again someone thats comfortable with this.
