Stay in a tranquil 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, elevated in the treetops of Alderley. Two bedrooms have their own ensuite with a large bath in the master ensuite, and the master bedroom has a private deck. A galley style kitchen with gas hotplates and an espresso machine connects to a generous open plan living area with a fireplace and piano, with timber floors throughout the upper level. This area flows out onto a wide, elevated deck with a North Easterly aspect taking advantage of bay breezes and winter sunshine. The whole house benefits from ducted A/C. There is a small yard that won't require any work over the house sitting period. The house is just over 5km from the city, but only 100m from buses and 800m to city-bound trains. 200m to acres of parkland through to Kedron Brook Bikeway, with Coles, chemists, bars and some fantastic restaurants within 5 mins. Costs for internet, water, gas and electricity all covered by the owners.

We have three adorable and cheeky fur babies: 2 large male golden retrievers (3 and 4 years old) and 1 small female cat (~5 years old). The cat is very independent and low maintenance, just needing to be fed and let outside in the AM and fed again and brought inside overnight, with some cuddles and playtime thrown in. The doggies are both very cuddly and affectionate, and love having people around but are also fine to be left for the day if you have to go to work. They are both young and full of energy, so do need to be walked or taken to one of the surrounding dog parks every day. They are also quite strong, both weighing around 40kg, and while they are very good boys they can still get a bit distracted when excited and pull on their leashes.
