Banora Point, New South Wales

About this house sitting position in Banora Point

3 bedroom LOW MAINTENANCE home- separate study, rumpus room in central location. Approx 1 hr 10 mins from CBD Brisbane, 35 minutes from Surfers Paradise, 10 minutes to Coolangatta, 5 minutes to Tweed Head, 8 minutes to Kingscliff and 40 minutes to Byron Bay.
Our greyhound Bob is 7 years old and as low maintenance as the house! He is fed 1 x daily, and likes a 1.1km lap of the lake. Otherwise he'll be napping, or if you're home- he will shower you with goofy zoomies if you're in the mood to play.
We have 35-ish indoor/ undercover plants that need watering every 3 days... the most work is in picking up Bob's poo and hosing down the fake grass to ensure hygiene and maintain happy neighbourhood relationships (daily must!).

The robovac will stay active (let's negotiate timing the clean) and there's a 2 x 3 m above ground pool (with filtration- so needs to be turned on and off every 2 days).... for cooling off when you've had enough of the beach... (and SUP)... family bikes, and a sauna too!

Walking distance to shops, and plenty of public transport.

6 foot fences on 3 sides so nice and private. We love our elderly neighbours so MUST BE quiet and respectful care takers. Our parents are 2 minutes around the corner- so any major dramas and you'll be supported.

NOT suitable for rambunctious holidays on the Gold Coast.
