About this house sitting position in BASSENDEAN

Modest 2 bedroom 1 bathroom duplex on approx 500 square metres (with a plumbed for hot water bath in the back yard).
Air-conditioning in the living area and main bedroom (and pedestal fans are available if you prefer).
Large patio, and lovely shady areas if you'd rather enjoy your cuppa/meals under the tree canopy.
A bus stop is less than 100 metres away, and it's only a 20-minute walk to the Bassendean station.
The local shopping centre is a 10-minute walk away, as is the Swan River with its waterside trails.
My main requirement is that the garden, pots and hanging baskets are watered - and you're welcome to harvest any produce that ripens during your stay.
I'll also need the letterbox to be emptied and mail put aside for my return.
There are no pets to look after (though there are lots of wild birds visiting the garden and providing a dawn chorus each day).
With a bit of vegetable pot juggling, a small caravan could fit inside double Colourbond gates.
