About this house sitting position in Caboolture

We have quite a large home and shed on a 3000 sq mt block, situated on the north side of Caboolture in an estate that is about 4-5 years old.
Firstly, I have 4 bee hives in the back yard, so if you have any allergy to bees, please do not apply.
The house requires the usual looking after however the gardens and my plants are the main issue. We have 8 chooks who require eggs collected daily, clean fresh water almost daily, the straw under their perch and in their nests to be changed fortnightly, and just a general eye on them.
No cats or dogs.
I would like someone who is interested in gardening and is ok with weeding and keeping the gardens tidy. Mowing would also be necessary during the period we are away.
The bees will not require any attention.
We are located about 8 klms from the nearest shopping center, a 10-15 minute drive. There is not any shops close by. We are 45 minutes from Brisbane and 45 minutes drive to the Sunshine Coast.
