I have a small 3x2 home in a quiet street. The house is low maintenance with no lawn. A few pot plants in the patio and garden beds in the front yard that require watering. You would have the second bedroom which is a double size room with a queen bed. There is wardrobe space for your clothes. There is reverse cycle a/c in the main living a room. There is side parking for either a caravan or your car. There are all the usual house hold items like a gas stove top and electric oven, washing machine. Open plan living with the kitchen, dining and lounge all in the one room. The local supermarket is a 10 minute walk or 2 min drive. And large shops a 5 min drive away. Fremantle is about a 10 minutes drive as is the river. Public transport is a 2 minute walk, with the bus taking you to either Fremantle or the train station. Fiona Standley hospital is close by.
