House sitters required for a small accommodation business in Echuca, northern Victoria.
The position is for 5 weeks starting 25 June whilst the owner is overseas on holiday in Japan
It is a small, pet friendly accommodation business (5 units) centrally located within walking distance to the river, historic port and town centre. Both the manageress and cleaners live nearby, but not on the property. I am seeking either a single person or couple who can live on the property, essentially care for my very friendly ageing German Shepherd and keep the gardens neat and tidy.
The magnificent house has an en-suite bedroom, 2 large lounges, sun filled balconies (overlooking state forest) and office. It also has extensive gardens, but these require minimal maintaining during the autumn/ winter months (minimal watering but sweeping paths required).
Echuca is a major tourist town in northern Victoria with excellent facilities - sporting, restaurants, clubs, cinemas, transport etc.
