My home is a single story fully detached three bedroom unit with an attached carport in a quiet location. It is one of six units. It has a small grassed yard with a small low maintenance garden. It is close to the city , 7 mins by car or bus. There is a bus stop nearby. There is ducted reverse cycle air conditioning. and ceiling fans in each room. There is one bathroom with separate toilet. There is an additional outside dedicated car parking spot.
I have no pets.

Collect mail from letter box
Water gardens, lawn and pot plants. (My lawn and gardens are small)
Mow the lawn and do edges
