About this house sitting position in Flagstaff Hill

Family is welcome, even with young kiddies. Start and end dates are slightly flexible in that sitters can start a day or two earlier and finish a day or two later if happy for us to be here at the same time for those extra days. This is actually preferable so that Millie has time to bond with our sitters. If you are a "dog person" she will adapt very quickly which as been the case in each of the previous sits. Our home is a brick 3 br, comfortable and family friendly home in very good condition. It is on a large flat block of land with securely fenced back yard. Great for kids. multiple streaming sources and WIFI available as a part of sit. Use of computer is fine as a "guest" access and wifi printer. Easy maintenance block with plenty of play room. Large under cover patio with bbq, weber and 8 seat outdoor setting, plus a large cubby house. Evap a/c and gas heating. Queen elec adjustable split bed with ensuite in main. Double in 2nd br and set of bunks in 3rd br. BIR's in all br's. Drive in garage with linear carport beyond, remote con. doors to drive in/through. Located in court so no through traffic. Nice, friendly and helpful neighbours. Car use (2 of automatics) negotiable for local transport around Adelaide and local country drives. One medium sized dog - Millie. Millie is the main reason we want a home sit as she is a rescue and we need her to remain with her home to reduce any stress and anxiety. She is very people friendly but not very dog friendly. She loves swimming and exercising. We need at least one person around for her a fair bit (but not all) of the time. We have had three successful sits so far with a very mutually supportive result. This is a short period but future dates may be available for consideration later in 2024. Our son lives in MtBarker if support (ie: repairs) is needed.
