Our home is about 2 km from the center of Goolwa in a quiet area near the river. It is a large house comprising:
3 living areas
4 bedrooms
2 bathrooms
Covered deck
on a large easy care block with plenty of parking options. It has recently undergone a significant renovation including a new kitchen and floor coverings. There is also a great wood burner for winter warmth in addition to air-conditioning in the main bedroom and living-rooms .
The main commitment is the care of our 7 year old Jack Russell Jai Jai who is very used to company and spends most of her time (between walks along the river or the beach) indoors.
Dates for occupation are flexible but must include the times indicated below. There is a possibility the end date might be extended by up to a week. This would be negotiated before commitment.
The house has WI-FI and Net-flix to the living areas and main bedroom. The township of Goolwa has all the amenities of a very large country town and is only 85 k from the City of Adelaide.
