Easy care 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 office, uncluttered, clean and comfortable home renovated a few years ago. An elevated hillside brick home with captivating rural views to surrounding mountains from most windows. Attached high clearance, level carport for your vehicle.

Sunrise balcony and sunset patio are a real treat on this peaceful, edge of Gympie town street. Quiet neighbours, a few distant cattle in the paddocks far below out back, yet we're just 5 mins drive, 20 mins hilly interesting walk to Gympie's town centre.

With no pets to care for, rest up from your travels, or head on out to discover Gympie's cafes, ridge-top pubs, Gympie gold rush mining museum, heritage walks, Mary Valley Historic steam train travel through the hinterland. Mary Valley grown food markets, farm cafes with produce stores a short drive away. Hikes, biking, bush walks, Noosa National Parks, Noosa Heads restaurants, Eumundi Markets, Rainbow Beach 4WD beach driving, Sunshine Coast surfing, Mary Valley Hinterland kayaking, Boreen Point/Lake Cootharaba sailing and lunching at the newly revamped Kin Kin historic hotel, are just a few options.

Alternatively, simply chill out on our 2nd storey balcony and take in the view between the pages of a book. Better still, write your own, lol.

Easy care lawn garden with herbs, native plants beds. Self-propelled mower may need a cut or two. No indoor plants, nor patio plants, to care for.

Air conditioning throughout, NBN internet. Laundry downstairs. On-street parking and off-street high rooftop clearance carport parking. Previous house-sitters have unhooked and parked their caravan beside the carport and placed their SUV in the carport, and vice versa. Outdoor power available to keep your batteries topped up whilst stopped off enjoying Gympie and surrounds.

Why the short notice sit? We're availing of a short notice opportunity to care for another couple's home, near family. Yes, we're house-sitting too. Luv it!
