2 storey brick, 5 bedroom, 2 kitchens, plenty tank water, roomy living area, garage, full size snooker table 30 acre hobby farm.
10 Chooks and rooster, 3 old Kelpie dogs, 50 sheep.
Dogs and chooks need daily feeding, watering. I feed sheep with a bit of grain in afternoon but this is not necessary. I feed wild birds every morning but not necessary. A few pot plants need watering twice a week.

“Bernie’s place was a peaceful getaway for two weeks. Everything was well organised and it was easy to feed the animals once in the routine.
Close to Gympie which has everything you need.
