House on beach front with gardens that have sprinkler system . No pets to look after just wanting a very clean person who will keep garden alive and tidy. 2 patios to relax on carport for car and space for a van if needed. Full access to bathroom kitchen and bedroom. Situated in hay point Qld. Local shops are Sarina or Mackay both 30 mins drive. Prefer 12 month sitter . Definitely would want to meet house sitter before hand.
