Up for house sitting is our 5 bedroom brick home on 1/2 acre in Katunga.
we have had some lovely house sitters winter & summer for the past 3 years, seeking a couple.

very neat with native garden out the front & back, with 2 lemon trees, reverse cycle air con, nice neighbours, a quiet street in a small country town, Local Clydesdale hotel just a walk away With night meals 7 days & Lunch Wednesday to Sunday also take away available.
Local shopping only 10km away.
45km north of Shepparton, 80km from Echuca, 25km from the Murray river, close proximity to Tocumwall and Cobram.
we have Penny a 9 year old Foxy jack Russel cross she is an outside dog.
Fully fenced yard. Ride on mower, Undercover parking for your vehicle.
Recreation reserve near by with local football & cricket games played.
A smoke free home, No animals inside.
I would just like our Penny looked after and our house and grounds kept neat & tidy.
