4 year old Double story home on small lot so very little maintenance required.
Close to public transport. Woolworths Aldi and many cafe and restaurants 800 metres away. Indooroopilly shopping centre 3kms. We have 2 beautiful cavoodle boys Bud and Ted..both 3years old who love a morning and afternoon walk and Bud loves to play ball. I have a couple of pot plants that may need a little water depending on weather. The rest of the garden is automated.
Room for small caravan/motorhome on driveway if required.
