Great house in the heart of Marrickville.
Available 17 August to 24 September.
We have a 7 year old male cattle dog who really likes company and is keen for a couple of walks a day and a run with a ball. He is not on any medication and is pretty low maintenance.

The house is a 3 level terrace in Marrickville with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There are 2 queen beds and one double.

One bedroom can be used as an office and is suitable for someone working from home.

The house has a small courtyard garden that needs to be watered and some indoor plants that also need watering. It has heating, wifi, multiple streaming services, dishwasher and washing machine and dryer.

We’re the heart of Marrickville, walking distance to buses and trains, including the metro at Sydenham, shops and bars and restaurants and tonnes of cafes.

Marty has been housesit before and responds well.
