About this house sitting position in MERRIMAC QLD

I have a house with a view to Broadbeach, Surfers Paradise and all the way to Southport.
I have a garden with 6 chickens in a chicken pen. They all have a name and are free range, they come and go as they want.

I have a 3 years old Shitzu-Poodle ( Shoodle) dog, called Aramis. He is the main requirement. He is house train but he walks on a leash 3 times a day. It is a small dog but still a very active puppy who requires playful time. When I go out, he gets a small dry chicken breast and he is very happy to stay in the house. He sleeps near my bed in his bed but sometimes jumps on my bed. He is not really allowed on beds or never on arm chairs. The house is smoke free.
In my garden, I also have a swimming pool and a swing. My house is only 15 MN from the beach and Pacific Fair Shopping Centre and 10 mn from Robina Shopping Centre. You can walk to Coles which is 2 MN in a car. I have wonderful neighbours on both who will be happy to help if necessary.
