About this house sitting position in Newtown

Hi, we are looking for someone to look after our pets and house while we go home to Scotland and Ireland for 5 weeks. Our house is a 2 bedroom cottage in Newtown. We are 2 blocks from King Street, a 5 minute walk from Macdonaldtown Station and 10 minute train from the CBD. We have a grey tabby cat named Hamish, who is very cuddly and friendly and his little sister Norah who is still very shy and we would love to have someone take care of them while we are gone. We also a 3 year old cavoodle called Murph who loves attention and to play and go on walks but also loves to lie on the couch or in bed and cuddle up. Murph goes to the park a minute walk away most nights. Other than just needs another short walk during the day.

We would prefer someone who works from home at least part of the time however the dog can be left on his own during the day if he has to. We have a home office set up with reliable wifi, dual screens and a desk.

We are looking for a single person who must have experience looking after house cats and dogs before. References must be available and you have to be able to come and meet our pets before we go. Read more...
