Beautifully renovated low set 4 bedroom home with a medium to large dog. Located 1 km from the amazing Pacific Beach / Palm beach. Cafes and shops very close by. Lovely open recreational fields directly across the road with a cosy little club that does meals, coffee and happy hour also.
Our home is always in immaculate condition with very easy to care for, low maintenance gardens and a swimming pool and we are both non smokers.
The dog ( Hallie, 4 years of age) is a cross breed medium to large 27kg American staffie cross who is an absolute sweetheart to humans and extremely good with small children but does not interact with other dogs. She is a rescue dog who has a sad story to tell but has the best life a dog could wish for living with our little family. She doesn't require much walking, a throw of the ball in the back yard, tug-o-war or hide and seek are favourites of hers. She honestly lives for pats and cannot get enough!
