5 bedroom modern brick home with 3 bathrooms on 5 acres, 1.5 km easy walk to Pomona Township, which has all your everyday needs.
The living, dining, kitchen (with butler's pantry is a large open plan area with stacker doors on 3 walls out to a large, covered entertaining veranda, which leads to a large in ground pool. There is also a small extra TV room and a laundry. One bedroom is set up as a study.
The house sitters will have a big bedroom with a walk in wardrobe and ensuite with separate WC, shower, twin vanities and a bath.
The house is set back from the road down an easement driveway and is on 8 flat acres. There are pot plants and garden beds around the house and driveway.
One bedroom and ensuite will not be available to the house sitters as we will be storing personal items in there.
There are kangaroos, turtles and water birds, therefore we do not permit dogs or cats on the property.
