Hi all! We have a 2 bdr penthouse apartment in Coogee available from 19 - 27 December, perfect for family visiting for Christmas!
With a 10 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to Randwick shops and light rail, its an ideal location for a staycation or for someone visiting from abroad. The apartment complex comes with a pool for that relaxing dip on a hot summers day and all the mod coms you would expect from the perfect holiday destination, including beautiful sunrise views over the ocean!
The catch; we have two beautiful, well behaved Cocker Spaniels that come with the home that require regular cuddles and accompanying you on walks to the beach. They are actually a bonus but are our pride and joy so dog lovers need only apply!
No party people please, this is a nice quiet block with lovely neighbours that we like to respect.
