About this house sitting position in St Kilda

I am wanting someone to come and stay at my place and look after my dog Fletch.

He’s an early riser, he’s normally up around 5-5:30am

Fletch is 14 but certainly doesn’t act his age, far from it. He's a really well behaved dog, he just loves pats, attention, food and walks. He's pretty low maintenance, we normally go for a walk in the morning of about 30 minutes, and then again at night before dinner for about 45 minutes. He never barks, cries or jumps up, and he has two meals a day which are easy as. He's fine by himself at home for up to 5 hours, so I'm kind of looking for someone who'll be around more often than not. He doesn't sleep in my bed, he has his own bed and he's not allowed on the couch till I say so. Being a rescue, he's not a full sized lab, he's about half the size of a standard lab.

My place - I live in a one bedroom townhouse, with Wi-Fi, Netflix and a newly renovated kitchen. I like to think that my place is comfy, there's a study area so you could work from home if needed. There's also secure under ground parking if you had your car with you. I've got some plants that might need watering, but nothing too major.
