Nestled along a quiet dirt road and surrounded by the gentle beauty of a nearby nature reserve, this charming mudbrick retreat offers a peaceful escape on 10 acres of serene countryside. The four-bedroom home is warm and inviting, with a pool for sun-drenched afternoons and a tennis court perfect for slow, golden-hour rallies.
Wake to birdsong, wander through the natural bushland, and spend your days exploring the many scenic walking tracks that weave through the area. As evening falls, the stillness and starlit skies create a truly magical setting.

You’ll also be caring for a friendly six-month-old corgi puppy, Scampy. She has an established routine and will need daily feeding, a couple of short walks, and some playtime and companionship. She is still young, so ongoing supervision and consistency with her routine are important, but she is affectionate, enjoys being around people, and settles well at home.

While it feels wonderfully secluded, you’re still within easy reach of local treasures. The vibrant St Andrews community offers a much-loved Saturday market, a cosy hotel, a general store, a wood-fired bakery filled with wholesome delights, and a welcoming pizza restaurant. Nearby Panton Hill also features a popular hotel and a local Indian takeaway.

A short drive opens up even more to explore—boutique wineries throughout the Yarra Valley, the elegant TarraWarra Art Gallery in Coldstream, and the charming townships of Healesville and Warrandyte, each about 30 minutes away.

Please note that due to the tranquil, tucked-away location, a car is essential. The nearest train station is Hurstbridge, approximately 20 minutes’ drive, and the closest supermarket is about 15 minutes away.
