Lovely tiny one bedroom cottage with sunroom,office/craft room, detached garage with nicely renovated lounge bedroom combined on a country acreage in the granite belt wine region of qld. Plenty of room to park a caravan or motorhome 20 minutes from stanthorpe town centre.
Resident 10 year old tabby with a loving nature will require 2 meals daily and medication x2 mornings.
A small lawn to mow and gardens to water.
