Bright & airy studio style house with central heating & cooling, bedroom & separate study, bath, and a fenced private yard with fire pit.
Train station and tram stop is down the road, with trams into the city. Shopping strip (Miller Street), IGA and cafes locally to cover all your needs. Close to Merri Creek trails and lovely nature walks.
Quiet and homely. You'd be rooming with Sprout, who is a 5yr old Border Terrier snugglebug. He's easy to look after and can be left alone at home when you go off exploring. He enjoys a walk a day, and we have some simple strategies for walks that we will hand over to you as he has had some anxiety in the past.
