Are you planning to visit Toowoomba for annual Carnival if Flowers? (Dates coincide) Fancy a lovely view, wildlife & farm animals?

Enjoy the view of our own valley in the company of wallabies, kangaroos, birds & a hare or 10

3 horses in own paddocks fed with hay x2 per day. I try to not have rugging whilst I’m away
2 retired self sufficient horses in own paddock 100 goats hay x2 daily, open gate in morning & close at night
2 extremely lazy dogs - no walking required
1 inside cat
2 massively underproducing chooks & 1 rooster in a separate enclosure

Some garden watering when hot.

40ac. Automatic troughs & good, mostly new electric fences.

15 minutes from centre of Toowoomba, less than 10 minutes from Woolies, Coles and Aldi. Excellent spot to base & do day trips. 2 hours from Brisbane, not much more to Gold Coast. 1 hour to Warwick, 1.5 to beautiful Stanthorpe wine region.

Plenty of room for a van. Water & power available. Can discuss access to amenities if required. Cannot provide accommodation. Quiet & secure location.

I handle this on my own most days - about 1/2 hour x2 daily. Must still be confident enough to catch a horse or chase a goat in the very rare event of an escape or otherwise pick up phone if something wrong
