About this house sitting position in URUNGA

My home is a lovely compact very older style home. The atmosphere is artistic, retro and tasteful.
Polished dark wooden floors,high ceilings, large kitchen, closed yard, a few minutes, literally, walk to village, coffee shops, pharmacy, butcher, supermarket. etc.

There are several safe places to park your car/ van. It is a rather quiet street. We are quite nearby to the train station. I thought being sensitive it would worry me. But not. Probably because trains not that frequent and the line is dug out and right down underneath the bridge and walkway so sound is muffled. People who've stayed say it didn't worry them.

I am also a few mins only walk from my house to the little Lido beach and famous boardwalk. We are close to the lovely Urunga golf course where I often walk my dog, by the river and to the beautiful wetlands.
I have a little cavoodle doggie, 5yrs old, who needs looking after. He is an easy boy. I

I am approx.15 mins from Bellingen, 30 mins from Coffs, 14 to Sawtell, 10 to Valla, 14 to Nambucca, etc.

I need a quiet living, relaxed, easy heart centered ,very reliable honest mature person. Someone who will be great with my doggie.
Also care for my home, water the pot plants, garden too is very small and will need watering, if and when the intermittent rain stops !! It is an easy smallish home to care for. And cosy. References essential, please folks.
