About this house sitting position in Woodvale

Hello! We live in a 4x2 in woodvale with a large back yard and across the road from Chichester park and around the corner from yellongonga national park/lake Joondalup for some beautiful walks/bike trails. The house is small and super easy to keep clean.
5 min drive from the train station and 2 min walk to local shops.
Mimi is a boxer x staffy and cute as a button.
She is 4 years old and an on-lead dog as she is a rescue and her recall is terrible! However she loves meeting new friends on walks (furry or not!) we would like for Mimi to be the only dog in our house.
Please be aware she can pull quite strongly at the start of walks! She is our furbaby and loves to completely invade your personal space, she’s as 25kg cuddle monster!
We would prefer for someone to be home more often than not, but Mimi has been tested alone and is absolutely fine as she just sits in the front window and stares out like neighbour hood watch! Feel free to message and ask any questions, we look forward to hearing from you!
