About this house sitting position in FLOREAT

4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a carport on an inner suburban block. Reverse cycle aircon & heating. Swimming pool and reticulated gardens. One dog and two birds to petsit. On bus route straight into the city, 3 minute drive to golf course and 5 minute drive to the beach (City Beach or Floreat Beach).
Our doggo is an almost 9yr old boy spoodle called Bailey who adores cuddles and is crazy for tennis balls. He is a bit naughty on the lead but loves a walk and is absolutely no problem with other people or dogs. The birds each have their own cages and are very low maintenance, one is a budgie and one is a cockatiel (wiero).
We mainly need the pets looked after - food for all of them and a walk a day for Bailey. Depending on the length of trip/stay, we will always aim to keep maintenance and chores to the essentials. We have a comfortable house that is easy to live in.
Caravan space could be managed in the carport with a bit of notice.
