Hi,
My name is Claire Andrews, Secondary School Teacher in Brighton.

I am a mature woman who has lived and worked in Brighton for many years. I teach locally at a Secondary College and have owned properties in the area. I sold my Brighton home and am yet to buy at this stage. I am a non-smoker, very house proud, and love pets, especially cats.

Until March 2018 I had my own dear pet, a lovely cat called Katie. She passed away at a great age of 15 so I am now free to house sit and pet mind for others. I am very responsible and security conscious and would treat your home and pets with the greatest of care and respect. I enjoy gardening and am able to do basic garden maintenance. I can provide references from a real estate agent, where I have been renting and from the Vet who treated my cat. I welcome an interview and a chat and would love to hear from you.
