More information about this house sitter

We are a mature couple who retired from Sydney to live in Port Douglas for 12 years, and have now been housesitting for over 5 years. We previously owned and operated our own businesses in Sydney for 35 odd years.
Having spent our entire working life in a housing related industry, we are conscious of the investment and pride you have in your property. Therefore we will respect and care for your home accordingly. We are both keen Gardeners, having created much admired gardens in every home we have owned.
We enjoy a clean and healthy lifestyle and are extremely house proud. STRICTLY NON SMOKERS.
We are animal lovers, have owned and loved 3 poodles, an English Springer Spaniel and a beautiful cat.
Having sold our home in Port Douglas almost 5 years ago and purchased a caravan, we decided to explore our beautiful country.
We joined Mindahome April 2014 and have been fortunate to be almost fully booked from day one, with our first enquiry received within 24 hours of placing our profile on this site.
We have enjoyed meeting lots of new people, caring for their pets and looking after their special needs, respect and care of their homes and gardens.
We keep in touch with some of the owners, have received many repeat sits and are happy to say we remain friends.
We are healthy and fit, enjoy daily walking (especially with your pet) and exercise and have experience with property and pool maintenance.
We look forward to receiving invitations to sit anywhere from Northern NS W to central Queensland.
