Hi there!

House sit wanted from 17th January 2019. The owners of our rented apartment in Clayfield are returning so we have to move out. The longer the house sit the better, one month or more would be ideal. We miss looking after animals and are looking to house sit again.

We're experienced house and pet sitters having lived at 34 different properties in Brisbane for nearly 3 years between July 2015 and April 2018. We're very used to living in someone else’s home. We are quiet, clean, reliable, trustworthy and respectful of your privacy. As well as looking after your pets we are happy to water your plants and tend your garden, collect the mail, put the bins out, maintain your pool and any other jobs you require. We do not have any pets of our own.

I am a teacher and Chris is a stonemason, both in our 30s. We're a professional, pet-loving and responsible couple. We're non-smokers, have a car and you’ll know your house and pets will be in good hands when you meet us.

I've grown up with many pets (dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, fish, hamsters) in an environment where pets are considered very much a part of the family! In fact, at the age of 14, I set up a pet-minding business and cared for all sorts of animals.

We are from the UK but have lived and worked in Brisbane for the last 3 years. Initially we started house sitting because it provides a great opportunity to get to know the areas of Brisbane better. That’s not to say the places we hope to house sit in have to be on the tourist map. We are open to anywhere and everywhere as every place has its own ‘gems’. We've found that we really enjoy meeting new people through house sitting and looking after pets is extremely rewarding. It's great getting to know the different personalities of the animals.

We can provide police checks and references from all of our sits. I guarantee that we will treat your home and pets with love and respect as if they were our own. We'll also be considerate and comply with all your instructions so your pets will feel comfortable and happy with their usual routine while you're away. You'll come home to a clean and tidy home as you originally left it, and happy pets!
