I am a mature single friendly 52 year old female, experienced house sitter, friendly, honest and normal! I would love to look after your precious pets. I have had many animals in the past, who have all been very much loved and cared for.

My gorgeous rag doll cat Moby passed away last year and I have not been able to replace him as I am not ready yet (one day!). And Max my lovely German short-haired Pointer lived a long lovely life (can't do any replacements with Max - I am too soft-hearted). But I would love to look after yours! I have experience in owning and looking after dogs, cats, birds, fish, guinea pigs and chooks!

I have previously owned a kelpie and a german short-haired pointer. Both were full-on! And needed lots of exercise to maintain a good balance of outdoors and socialising with furry friends.

I am fit and able to take your dog/s for a walk to their favourite place and play games :-) . I am aware of dogs who need special attention when out & about - nervous, a bit grouchy! or younger dogs who do not respond to commands.

I am very protective of the pets in my care. I take this job seriously (but have lots of fun as well!).

I am experienced in giving animals special food requirements and medications. I will follow any dietary regimens - such as low-fat diets for those unwanted kilos !!(vets have a very nice way to say "fat" - yes, I don't believe them either!) and also arthritic medication for elderly pets. My main priority is to keep them warm & toasty during Winter.

Pets on my bed are welcome and I feel it essential when owners are away. But if they are accustomed to their own bed space, I will keep to the routine.

I can keep in contact with you during your holiday, by sending photos and giving any updates throughout the stay.

I work part-time so I can be a bit more available to those who are fretting for their owners. I also do online contracting work from home.

Cats are welcome on my lap as I tap away at the keyboard.

I can look after your mail, your garden or anything else you need while you are away.

I would like to meet you and your precious family before you go away.
