More information about this house sitter

We are a newly married couple, whole celebrated our nuputals in September of 2016. I am a teacher of Prep through to Year 12 and my husband, Ben, is a doctoral candidate of Environmental Science at Monash University.

I grew up on a 20 acre property and have vast experience caring for a variety of animals such as horses, cattle, chickens, dogs and cats. Our beloved Border Collie/Kelpie Cross (who lives with my parents) is now 13 and thus we both have a lot of experience in dealing with timed medications and feedings. I did my Honours Degree on little penguins at Phillip Island and have volunteered at multiple wildlife shelters so I also have experience caring for our native friends too!

We are currently waiting for our house to be built and would love to be able to make a temporary home during this time. We are very clean, organised and tidy people and enjoy looking after homes. As an environmental scientist, Ben has a vast knowledge of floral species and loves looking after and maintaining gardens.

Given our occupations, we have the added benefit of being home during the school term breaks and thus are able to walk pets more frequently and care for them during the day, unlike couples who travel to work year round.

We have much experience in house sitting both through word of mouth and house sitting websites and have always had wonderful feedback from homeowners regarding our service.
