More information about this house sitter

I am a 31 year old family man who owns and operates a shipping and logistics company based in New Zealand and recently Australia.
I have an amazing wife and two beautiful daughters (aged 2 and half and 1).
We have completed a couple of successful house sitting jobs in New Zealand and are keen to look at options in Sydney as our business takes us across the ditch.
We have our own pet dog, a 6 year old black lab whom we love and adore.
I am a hands on father and I am lucky the flexibility of owning a business allows me to spend more time with my family.
I like to think I am relatively handy around the house in terms of DIY jobs, lawn mowing, general maintenance etc.
We are keen to look at longer term house sitting options if possible.
