I am an active and reliable 49 year old male.
I am a very clean and organised person and have the utmost respect for other people's property.
I do not smoke and I do not invite others over to properties that I am minding.
I am also happy to pay for utilities (electricity, gas etc) consumed on stays of over 3 months or more.

I have owned and operated small businesses that involves being entrusted by owners to work unsupervised in their homes.

I can provide CHARACTER REFERENCES if required.
I have a recent NATIONAL POLICE CLEARANCE which also includes working with children.

I have a wealth of experience WORKING WITH AND FIXING POOLS.

I am happy to maintain gardens and lawns if required.
Equally happy to clean the house and keep things in order while you are away.

I have owned and looked after multiple dogs (big and small), cats and birds.
I am happy to help wherever possible and most of my days are flexible to suit your circumstances.
