Our home is a one bedroom house 10 to 15mins walk to the beach and shops. It has a deck at the front with water views. The bathroom has a combined shower and spa bath. The lounge room has a wood heater and we have a good supply of wood.

We live in a beachfront 2 storey house in Lauderdale with a garden and golden retriever dog that requires loving care. We are in a very friendly neighbourhood who love a good chat on the beach and only 20 minutes drive to Hobart CBD.

Comfortable home right on Pitt Water. Lots of sun, almost endless water views. You can kayak from the bottom of the garden or sit in the spa and soak up the view. I have two indoor rag doll cats who would need feeding and some company. One would be friendly and one would be reclusive. Sorell shopping centre is less than 10 mins drive away and Hobart cbd is 25 mins drive away. Read more

4 bedroom on 5 acres, we have 1 house cat, 6 hens and 3.
Cat (Coruba) is a cuddle cat and needs companionship at night. Chooks need to be fed and locked into their coop at night. Door opens automatically every morning.
Cows need 1 bale of hay each day.
Large garden.
We are on tank water so usage must be monitored.
