Our small home is a stand alone unit, 3 bedroom .2 bathrooms, 3 toilets. open plan . small garden and small back lawn , shared driveway. Nice suburb to walk around.
There are four units , we are at the end of the small driveway. Small shopping centre 800mtres , 13 min walk. Woolworths, Chemist, great Coffee shop/ Chinese food. within 15 minutes there are more shops and two shopping centres - 40 minutes to Newcastle and other beaches.
we need our indoor and outdoor plants waters and look after our 6 year old Labradoodle , taking her for walks.
