- Elevated tropical house, louvres throughout with original dark wooden flooring.
- Access to easy to keep swimming pool.
- 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
- WIFI
- 5 min to drive to a major shopping centre/mall, beach, bars/restaurants, markets (Saturday & Sunday) and 5 min walk to direct bus route into the city.
- Seating area underhoused next to the swimming pool.
- Balcony with seating area amongst the tropical canopy.
- Room for 1 extra car and caravan if needed.
*All we ask is;
1. Water our house plants upstairs, on the balcony and underneath the house.
2. Turn pool pump on and add chlorine every few days.
3. Keep the fans running.
4. General cleaning and upkeep.
